Ochocinco Shoes
I love my new Reezig shoes! I call them my Ochocinco shoes, for no other reason than my sister told me Chad Ochocinco wears them.
I own the black and pink Ochocinco shoes. I tried to take a picture of them, but my camera is dead. I then tried to upload a picture from google images and was literally seconds away from downloading a virus on my computer (true story). You will just have to take my word that they are pretty darn cute.
The number one selling point is comfort. These are by far the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. Seriously! Usually tennis shoes hurt the bottoms of my feet and arches after I wear them for awhile. These I can wear all day. I never want to take them off. They do, however, leave a funny zig imprint in the carpet.
Here's a random fact for you. If you go out this weekend to buy these ubber comfortable shoes, be sure not to "single sale" your sales associate. Meaning you MUST buy a pair of socks, or shoe laces or shoe cleaner or whatever you want along with your pair of shoes. "Single Sale-ing" your sales associate is bad ju-ju. This is coming from my sister who works part-time at Lady Footlocker.
Ochcocinco Pro's
(1) Most comfortable shoes in the entire world
(2) Crazy look (ok this could be a con)
(3) Ochocinco wears them
(4) In stock at Lady Footlocker
(5) Great price (at LFL)

Bomb.Com
The Hustler and I are obsessed with The Big Bang Theory. This is the most humorous/original TV comedy we have watched in a long time (minus the geeks/hot chick plot).
We love this show so much that we have memorized the theme song.
Our favorite character without a doubt is Sheldon Cooper.
And this concludes Bomb.Dot.Com.

Love Languages
My #1 PRIORITY in my life is my marriage (family and friends). To honor my priority, this year I have set a goal to strengthen my marriage. Let me first reassure you, nothing is wrong with my marriage in fact it's great, but I also know it is important to work on your marriage so one day you do not wake up out-of-love or unhappy.
I have set a goal to read one book on marriage every quarter. I just finished reading The 5 Love Languages by Chapman. Chapman argues there are 5 love languages that we speak.
I, for example, fall under the Words of Affirmation category. This means that for my "love tank" to be completely full The Hustler should show me love by saying encouraging and kind and humbling words to me.
The Hustler's love language is Quality Time. For me to speak to his love language I should spend time with him doing activities he likes to do, give him my undivided attention and listen to what he is saying without interrupting.
How great is it to know exactly how your spouse receives love. I would have never thought The Hustler's love language is Quality Time. Now I know how important it is to give him my attention without browsing the internet or watching tv. It also makes sense why he gets so upset when I interrupt him.
This is a book every couple should read!

Exciting, Motivating... Goal Setting Tool
I have stumbled across an AMAZING goal setting tool that is absolutely FREE!
This 30-day challenge to master organization and achieve your goals has already helped me recognize my priorities in life, create goals around these priorities and jot down a to-do list on my iPhone that keeps me organized and focused. Did I mention that I am only on day 8 of the 30-day challenge. I have already learned so much and I am only a 1/4 of the way into it!
The creator of this 30-Day Challenge is Chalene Johnson (motivational speaker and creator of the popular Beacbody workouts Turbo Jam, Turbo Fire and ChaLEAN Extreme).
Each day Chalene Johnson email's you the days homework with a link to her website where she explains the homework in great detail in a video format. The best part is Chalene shares her priorities, goals and to-do list with you so you have an idea of what you should be striving for.
If you would like to take a look at Chalene Johnson's FREE 30-Day program click here.

Me, Ashley and everyone else in Colorado Springs...
Today is January 3rd... hands down the busiest day of the year for gyms. I worked out today, Ashley worked out today and everyone else and their mom worked out today. As inconvenient as the sudden explosion of people in the gym sometimes is, it is great that people are working out and setting health and fitness goals for the New Year.
My plan is to still be working out In February, March, April, May, June, July, August and maybe September and October.
2) Compete in the Tri for the Cure Triathlon and beat last years time
3) Run a 1/2 marathon
4) Weigh less than I do now
What are your fitness goals?
